September 2026 President's Message
Dear Members,
Even though we have moved into the heat of summer, it is wonderful to see so many of our members continuing to come out and enjoy our summer events. It is especially nice to see both old and new members getting together, making new friendships, and getting to know one another better.
I am very happy to announce a new addition to our calendar! Beginning in December, we will be introducing our first comedy series, “Off The Hook Comedy Club.” This exciting new event will be hosted by Melinda Rinzivillo and will be called “Just for Laughs.”
Our lineup so far includes:

What a great way to spend an evening! Let’s all get together, have some fun, and laugh together at this exciting new venue.

• October 11 — Harvest Gala: Wear your favorite fall colors.
• November 15 — Honoring Our Veterans: Wear red, white, and blue.
• December 13 — Jingle Bell Rock: Wear your best Christmas outfit!
• January 17 — Welcome Back: Flower Power: Bring out the beads, tie-dye, and bright colors!
• February 20 — Charity Fashion Show: Hosted by Fran Patone.
• February 21 — Roaring ’20s: Dress in your best gangster or flapper outfit!
• March 14 — St. Joseph Dinner Dance: Wear red.
• April 11 — Take Me Out to the Ball Game: Wear your favorite team hat or shirt!
As you can see, our Board and Activity Committee members have been working hard to bring you another
exciting year filled with friendship, fun, and great events. We are so fortunate to have members who volunteer their time and talents to help make our Society special.
As always, please check our website regularly for any additions or changes to the calendar. Sign up early—our events fill up quickly during season! You don’t want to miss out on a great time with your Italian American Society family. I look forward to seeing all of you at our upcoming events. Let’s continue to make this another wonderful year together!
