Membership in the Italian American Society of SW Florida
is open to anyone who is of Italian Descent or married to someone of Italian Descent.
All membership applications must be approved by the Board of Directors.
To apply for membership, print out the membership application here and follow the
instructions on application.

REQUIRED to JOIN: - Prospective Members MUST be of Italian Heritage.
- Applicants must complete the online membership application form, and mail it with the appropriate dues & fees to the Membership Director listed below.
- Once approved by the Board the applicant will be notified via a WELCOME email advising password for access to our website.
Annual dues are currently $50.PP.
$100. Per Couple (Spouses are required to join)
ALL NEW MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY THE $15. ADMIN FEE WHICH
INCLUDES YOUR BADGE.
If you join between:
May - August, your reduced rate is $25.dues + $15.admin. = $40.PP
September-December, your rate is $50.dues + $15.admin. = $65.PP and
your dues are valid through the following calendar year.
